What to include

To help us help you faster, please tell us:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 8)
  • Your OS version (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 14)
  • The Lansia version and build number (Settings → scroll to bottom)

If something went visibly wrong on screen, a screenshot is the single most useful thing you can send.

Common questions

I lost my Lifetime Access after reinstalling the app. Open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchase. This syncs your purchase from your Apple ID or Google account. If it still doesn't restore, email us with the email address you used to sign in.

I signed in with a different provider (Apple / Google / Email) and now I don't see my old goals. Lansia links accounts by email. If the email matches, your data merges automatically on next sign-in. If they don't match, email us. We can help manually.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. This immediately removes all your data and signs you out. It cannot be undone.

Can I get a refund? Refunds for Lifetime Access go through Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We can't process them directly. Request a refund through your App Store or Play Store account.
